1. Please make sure that you are entering the same Booking Reference Number which has been sent to you in the booking confirmation email we sent.

2. Your booking might have expired and you would have received an email from P&O. Simply call us on 1300 550 617 and quote your Booking Reference Number

Have you booked through a Travel Agent?

1. Please contact your travel agent to know about the details of the Booking Reference Number assigned to you and the details they entered on your behalf. Ensure they have spelled your name correctly and have also used your correct date of birth.
